Cory Wharton @corywharton_ig BODY SCULPT is a weight training workout that targets all major muscle groups by engaging in dynamic and isometric movements. This workout requires dumbbells will promote strength and lean muscle growth. |
Linda Kessler @lindakfit HIIT-ILATES will allow you to torch major calories while sculpting toned muscles. This workout combines high intensity interval training with precise and controlled movements of pilates. TURBO-HIIT will have you pushing your limits! One of the most efficient workouts, high intensity level training requires you to give all-out 100% effort through intense bursts of exercise, followed by shorter recovery periods. |
